At From Out East, we believe in slow, intentional fashion. Each piece is made in small batches, and once they sell out, restocking takes time - from sourcing and dyeing the fabric to printing and production.
We don’t keep excess stock, making every piece more meaningful and reducing waste. Because of this, some items may take a little longer to reach you. We appreciate your patience as we craft something truly special, just for you.

Processing & Delivery Timelines
- Domestic orders: Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched within 7 business days from the date of order.
- International orders: Shipping charges range from ₹2500–₹3500. It takes us 10–12 business days to ship, and another 6–7 days for your piece to find its way home. Thank you for waiting while we send a little piece of the East your way.
- Items not in stock: As we don’t hold excess stock, production starts only after your order is placed. Depending on fabric availability and the production process, this can take 4-6 weeks (or longer in some cases). We will keep you informed of timelines throughout.
- Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect.
- Extended Timelines: During promotions or high-demand periods, delivery times may be extended. Any such changes will be updated on our website.
- External Delays: Weather conditions, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery timelines beyond our control.
Cancellations
Changed your mind? You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at care.fromouteast@gmail.com. After this window, cancellations will not be possible as production will have already begun.

Additional details
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be combined with other orders for shipping. Each order is processed and shipped separately.
- Our estimated delivery time does not apply during promotions, industry events, or unexpected delays due to weather, logistics, or external factors.
- If a package arrives damaged or appears tampered with, do not accept it. Please inform our customer care team immediately.
- In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no additional cost.
