How long will it take for my order to arrive?

You can expect your order to arrive within 10-12 business days for items currently in stock. However, as we produce in small, thoughtful batches, restocking takes time. For replenished styles and made-to-order pieces, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and our logistics partners, but rest assured, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way! If you have any questions about your order, feel free to reach out.

Can I track my order?

Of course! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check the Orders section in your account for updates.

I made a mistake in my order! Can I change or cancel it?

We totally get it - mistakes happen. If you need to make changes, please email us at care.fromouteast@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to make changes, but we’ll do our best to assist you.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship across India and will soon expand globally. Stay tuned for international shipping updates by signing up for our newsletter.

Do you offer express shipping?

Our priority is ensuring your Outeast pieces reach you safely and in perfect condition. While we don’t offer express shipping just yet, it’s on our radar, and we’re working on making it happen soon!

I entered the wrong address on my order, can I update it?

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address on your order and your order has not been shipped, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible. 

Please note that once your order has been shipped from the warehouse, we will be unable to change the shipping address.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We hope you love our pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return it for store credit or an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Just make sure it’s unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

Please note: Custom-made and sale items are final and cannot be returned.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Email us at care.fromouteast@gmail.com with your order details. Once your return is approved, we’ll share further steps.

Do you offer refunds?

Instead of refunds, we offer store credit or exchanges. Our pieces are crafted with care, and we encourage mindful purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no! If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at care.fromouteast@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include pictures, and we’ll sort it out as soon as possible.

Can I return an item purchased on sale?

All items purchased during final sales, archive sales, or with promotional discounts are not eligible for exchange.

When will my exchange be processed?

Once we receive the item, it will go through a quality check. If approved, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit within 2-3 business days. Once your return or refund has been processed, you will receive a notification via email.

I have received incorrect or missing items from my order.

If you are missing items from your order or have received incorrect items, please contact our customer care team as soon as possible after receiving your order at care.fromouteast@gmail.com. You will need to provide your order number, name and details of the missing or incorrect item/s. Our team will look into the issue as quickly as possible.

How do I care for my Outeast garments?

Each Outeast piece is crafted from breathable, natural fabrics. To ensure your garment stays in its best form , we recommend the following care guidelines:

  • Hand wash in cold water using a mild detergent.
  • Avoid direct sunlight to preserve the richness of colors.
  • Do not wring or twist; let it air dry naturally to maintain its shape and structure.

Each piece comes with specific care instructions on the product pages—please follow them for detailed instructions.

Note: Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, no two pieces are exactly alike. Subtle variations in print and color are part of their unique story, making each one truly one of a kind.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments through debit/credit cards, UPI and net banking. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

How do I get to know about the latest offer discounts?

How do I redeem my store credit?

Pending return garment approval, Credit notes are then sent to the email you used for the purchase. Each Credit note has a unique code which, can be entered at checkout for your next purchase.
